A seat is any member of your Dosu organization. All organization members. Owner, Admin, and Member roles all count as seats.

You only need seats for people who access the Dosu dashboard to manage deployments, review responses, configure settings, or maintain documentation. Users who interact with Dosu through GitHub or Slack do not need Dosu accounts and do not count toward your seat total.

For example, if your engineering team has 5 people managing Dosu and your repository has 100 contributors who ask questions via GitHub issues, you only need 5 seats.
